We also send bulk email-shots to our list of schools on behalf of business clients. The term ‘Data’ refers to postal address lists and email address lists supplied by Deepspace Web Services Ltd. In applying for our services you are are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: Definitions The term 'Company' refers to the client company entering into agreement with Deepspace Web Services Ltd. The term ‘Data’ refers to postal address lists and email address lists supplied by Deepspace Web Services Ltd. Terms & Conditions relating to all services 1. Deepspace Web Services Ltd retains full intellectual copyright and ownership of the Data at all times. Terms & Conditions relating to Email Address list licensing services 1. The Company agrees not to give, sell or rent or pass the Data to any third party. 2. The Company agrees to store the Data securely so that unauthorised personnel cannot access it. 3. After the expiry of the licence, if the licence is not renewed within one month from expiry date, the Company agrees to delete all copies of the Data from the Company computer system. 4. The Company agrees not to use the Data in order to send unsuitable or objectionable material to the addressees; in particular material of a sexual nature or material related to gambling or dating. 5 . Please note that the Data is ‘seeded’ in such a way that usage of the Data to send email will register that usage each time with the Deepspace Mailserver. This enables us to monitor mail sources and frequencies. 6. Deepspace Web Services Ltd intends for the Data to be accurate and reliable, however, the Deepspace Web Services Ltd cannot guarantee 100% the accuracy, validity or reliability of the Data as schools open and close and servers go down. There is usually between 5 and 10 per cent failure rate with email addresses due to the very nature of email systems; however, see 7. 7. Deepspace Web Services Ltd guarantees that at least the advertised number (23,000 for full list) of email addresses will initially be delivered to schools. You receive many more addresses than advertised so that you get more deliveries than advertised, not less. Terms & Conditions relating to Postal Address list licensing services 1. | Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
